*Discount is not included on custom decor or additional time requested for the event. It is only for the party package price. Party must be celebrated during an active membership in order to receive the discount. Memberships have to be active for more than 1 month to qualify. Memberships must be active for at least 1 month before the party is booked to qualify.
Our memberships are only valid for the members listed in a single family. We DO NOT permit friends, cousins, or other guests to use a single or multi-child membership.
- Single child memberships are per child and cannot be shared.
- Members listed must be siblings or share a legal guardian.
- Multi-child memberships are for individual families only.
- Unauthorized use results in immediate termination without refund.
Monthly memberships are non-refundable. All sales final.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Cancel at any time.
Memberships are non-transferable to other families.
Failure to adhere to facility rules may result in your membership being revoked with no refund.
